1. fenestration: Ensure there are windows and structures to support the window. Don't add large sheets of glass
2. connecting/extending the building to Tyree or else I wont be considering the purpose of this brief (bridging two buildings)
3. Think about circulation- one ramp is not sufficient enough to sustain all students to enter the building
